RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns for exchange or refund are accepted if merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Garments
can be tried on, but not washed or exposed to fragrances. This is very important because of our chemical sensitive customers.
Please handle garments with clean hands and do not expose to products with a fragrance such as lotions, deodorants, hair spray,
air freshener, or any kind of smoke, including incense - even if it is all-natural.

You can send returns by USPS First Class (recommended for small inexpensive items), Priority Mail or by UPS if you choose.
I recommend using a service with delivery confirmation for larger returns.

Please include a note stating your reason for the return, and if you want a refund or exchange. If you paid by credit card, your
credit card account will receive the credit. If you paid by PayPal, you will receive a refund through your PayPal account. If you
paid by check, you will receive a refund check.

Normally a shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.  But sometimes exchanges will be sent without charging for the shipping
if it is a lightweight shipment.  However, if the item(s) exchanged are then returned for a refund, the cost of shipping the exchange
will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless items received were defective, or wrong items
were sent. In other words, if the items you received are not the items shown on the receipt.

Items returned after 30 days of customer's receipt may only qualify for an exchange or a store credit.
